1. Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
- Follow the journal’s formatting guidelines for headings, subheadings, figures, tables, and references.
- Include all mandatory sections: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
- Figures and tables should be numbered, titled, and cited in the text.
- 2. Authorship and Contributions
- Only individuals meeting the authorship criteria should be listed.
- Include an Author Contributions Statement specifying each author’s role.
- Ensure all authors have approved the final version and agree to submission.
- 3. Ethical Compliance
- Human or animal studies must include ethics committee approval.
- Obtain informed consent where applicable.
- Manuscripts must adhere to recognized ethical standards (e.g., Declaration of Helsinki).
- The work must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
- 4. Plagiarism and Originality
- Manuscripts should be free from plagiarism.
- Overlap with previous work must be appropriately cited.
- Similarity reports may be requested during the review process.
- 5. References
- Follow the journal’s reference style (Vancouver with superscripted square brackets).
- Ensure all references cited in the text are listed and vice versa.
- References must be accurate and complete.
- 6. Figures and Tables
- Figures should be high-resolution (≥300 dpi) and in acceptable formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF).
- Tables should be self-explanatory and properly cited.
- Provide clear legends for all figures and tables.
- 7. Supporting Materials
- Supplementary files (datasets, appendices, videos) may be included.
- Ensure all supplementary materials are cited in the main manuscript.
- 8. Cover Letter
- Authors are strongly encouraged to submit a cover letter highlighting the novelty and significance of the work.
- Manuscripts may still be considered for review even if a cover letter or optional documents are missing, once the Article Processing Charge (APC) is completed.
- Submitting complete documents is recommended to facilitate efficient review.
- 9. Submission Portal
- Submit manuscripts via the journal’s online submission system.
- Complete all required metadata fields and upload files in acceptable formats.
- 10. APC and Declaration
- Article Processing Charge (APC): ₹5,000 INR (India) / USD 125 (International) per accepted article.
- Partial waivers may be considered; full waivers are not available.
- APC payment does not influence editorial decisions, which are based solely on scientific quality.
- Authors must confirm adherence to the journal’s open-access policy, copyright, and ethical guidelines.
All authors of accepted manuscripts are required to sign a Copyright Transfer and License Agreement, ensuring that the manuscript is original, not published elsewhere, and can be legally published by the journal. Authors retain moral rights and may reuse the work according to the journal’s open-access policy
